Refund policy

2. Returns You may return your item within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:
- The item is unused and in its original packaging
- The item is not damaged due to misuse
- Proof of purchase is provided
3. Non-Returnable Items For hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned once opened:
- Nail care tools that have been used
4. Damaged or Faulty Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will replace or refund the item at no extra cost to you.
5. Refunds Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
