1. Our Shipping Partner Everyday Finds delivers all orders across South Africa using Aramex Store-to-Door — a trusted, reliable courier service that brings your parcel straight to your door.
2. Delivery Area We currently deliver nationwide across South Africa only. We do not ship internationally at this time.
3. Delivery Timeframes Once your order has been placed and payment confirmed, please allow:
- 1–2 business days for order processing and dispatch
- 8–11 business days for delivery via Aramex Store-to-Door
Business days exclude weekends and South African public holidays.
4. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
5. Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your parcel directly on the Aramex website at www.aramex.co.za.
6. Delays & Liability Everyday Finds is not liable for any shipping delays caused by Aramex, weather conditions, public holidays, high-volume periods, or any other circumstances beyond our control. Once your order has been handed over to Aramex, delivery timelines are managed by the courier.
7. Incorrect Address Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. Everyday Finds is not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Re-delivery fees may apply.
8. Lost or Stolen Parcels If your tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you have not received it, please contact Aramex directly and notify us at [your email] within 24 hours of the delivery notification.
